Wild Mushroom, Balsamic and Goat Cheese Naan Pizza

Saute a blend of wild mushrooms. You can get this package right in the produce section, usually on the top shelf of the mushroom section.

Preheat the oven to 425F and brush a naan with olive oil.  Then, sprinkled it with fresh Parmesan cheese.

Topping the Naan with the wild mushrooms and some goat cheese. Put in the oven just until the Naan is crisp and the creamy goat cheese is melted. If you like your crust crispier, you can pre-bake your Naan on both sides before adding the toppings.

Just before cutting it, drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.

Balsamic is a perfect pairing with creamy goat cheese and savory wild mushrooms.
