Tropical Bomb Pop Smoothie handful of frozen mangoes 1 banana couple handfuls frozen tropical fruit (peaches, pineapple, strawberries, mangoes) couple handfuls of frozen strawberries water
To achieve the layer structure, you’ll want to blend the strawberry layer separately from the tropical fruit layer and the banana/mango layer then pour them in glasses alternating them. If you don’t care to have the layer structure, just throw everything into the blender at once and go!
Strawberry “Milkshake”

Combine in your Blendtec (or other similar kitchen appliance) and select smoothie.
Orange Creamsicle
My favorite popsicle as a kid was the orange creamsicle. It was so refreshing on a summer day. This smoothie truly brings the taste of that popsicle to our day!
1 orange, preferably local, organic 1/4 cup plain greek, coconut or almond milk yogurt 1 cup unsweetened almond milk ice or mandarin oranges water for desired consistency
Combine in your Blendtec (or other similar kitchen appliance) and select smoothie.
Peach “Daiquiri” Smoothie
Now, this is, of course, a non-alcoholic version, but you could add a little rum if you’re in the mood for that authentic Friday Afternoon Happy Hour vibe.
2 fresh, local, organic peaches (when possible) couple handfuls of frozen peaches 1/4 cup plain greek, coconut or almond milk yogurt 1 cup unsweetened almond milk water for desired consistency
Combine in your Blendtec (or other similar kitchen appliance) and select smoothie.
