10 Minute Shrimp & Veggie Noodle Bowl

- 3-5 oz shrimp (pre-steamed with old bay from your seafood counter or steam/saute yourself see below**)
- 1 package of Thai ribbon, Udon or other noodles
- 1 package of coleslaw mix
- Add red cabbage (optional)
- Add additional shredded carrots (optionals)
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos, tamari or soy sauce
- 1-2 Tbsp ginger, fresh or squeeze bottled
- Sriracha (optional)
Bring some water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
Mix noodles with remaining ingredients.
For a balanced meal, add a protein such as chicken, shrimp, tofu.
