Make Ahead Yogurt Parfaits

- 1 Oikos PRO vanilla yogurt (5.3 oz)
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1/4 cup protein-fortified granola
Microwave frozen cherries for 1.5 minutes. Drain and run under cold water along with the fresh blueberries. NOTE: you can use all frozen fruit or all fresh fruit for these parfaits.
In a mason, place 1/2 the yogurt on the bottom, add 1/2 the fruit, followed by 1/2 the granola. Do the same for the second layer.
Refrigerate until ready to eat.
These are great to make a couple at a time for busy weekday mornings.
