Protein Blueberry Pancakes
Protein pancakes are a quick way to put a balanced breakfast on the table. They are also perfect to make in batches, freeze and use whenever you’re short on time.
🔹 1 cup oat flour
🔹 1 scoop protein powder
🔹 1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries
🔹 1 cup almond milk
🔹 2 eggs
🔹 1 tbsp baking powder
🔹 1 tbsp honey (optional)
🔹 Pinch of salt

NOTE: You can swap your favorite boxed pancake mix for most of the ingredients. Follow the pancake mix instructions and add in the protein powder and blueberries.
