This easy veggie pasta salad is great as a side dish or paired with a protein for a balanced meal to support performance needs.
Pasta, cooked (rotini, penne, farfalle)
Your favorite veggies – cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, peppers, etc
Italian dressing (Ken’s Zesty Italian + a sprinkle of sugar, your fav or homemade)
Mix them all together and enjoy. This is a great make ahead option for the week!
