Warm Berry & Nut Yogurt Parfait
Sometimes simple is all you need to fuel your body. This is a great staple snack or post workout option that can provide 20-30g of protein and some nutrient dense carbohydrates and fats.
⅓ cup frozen blueberries
⅓ cup frozen cherries
1 container greek yogurt, high protein
1 Tbsp walnuts
Microwave the berries for 1 minute. Add in 1 container of high protein greek yogurt and 1 Tbsp of walnuts or your fav nut.
The contrast of warm and cold here is so refreshing & YUM!
