Spicy Baked Salmon Sushi Bowl
This bowl can be made with baked salmon or some sashimi from your favorite local sushi spot. It makes a balanced quick meal option packed with nutrients including:

- Salmon filet
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Chili Powder
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Rice
- Cucumbers
- Carrots, shredded
- Avocado
- Seaweed
Spicy Mayo
- 1 Tbsp mayo
- 2 tsp Sriracha (or to your spiciness level!)
Preheat oven to 400F.
Pat salmon dry. Sprinkle spices over salmon and massage into flesh.
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 8-10 mins.
Cook Rice (consider 1 minute prepackage rice options in the grocery aisle for quick weeknight meals).
Cut veggies and layer over rice. Top with salmon, seaweed and spicy mayo.
