10 Minute Thai Peanut Noodle Bowl

- 1 package of Thai ribbon noodles (I like these)
- 1 package of Thai & Cashews salad mix (what I buy) (I use the cabbage/salad, cashews and the crispy noodle/cashew mix only)
- Add red cabbage (optional)
- Add shredded carrots (optional)
- Catalsyt Performance Kitchen’s Quick Peanut Sauce
- Sriracha (optional)
Bring some water to a boil. Add noodles and cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
While noodles are cooking, make the Catalyst Performance Kitchen Quick Peanut Sauce.
Mix noodles with salad mix and optional veggies. Toss with Peanut sauce. For a spicy dish, top with Sriracha.
