Peanut Butter Mousse Fluff (High Protein Dessert)

- 1 cup cottage cheese, 4% milkfat
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 packets non-nutritive sugar (splenda, stevia, etc)
- 2 oz whipped topping, thawed
Place first 3 ingredients in food processor and blend. Fold in whipped topping.
