We provide personalized strategies that align with your endurance needs, helping you fuel for long runs, intense training sessions, and recovery. We’ll teach you how to make food choices that support your energy, recovery, and overall wellness—so you can feel your best every step of the way.
Building (or Rebuilding) Strength
Strength is the foundation of all athletic performance. Whether you’re rebuilding strength after cancer treatment or aiming to take your performance to the next level, Catalyst Performance Lab will help you build the power you need to thrive through tailored strength workouts, progressive resistance training, and smart recovery strategies.
The 3T Accelerator
Unlock your full potential with the 3T Accelerator. This approach focuses on mastering Technique, training within your Training Zones, and using Testing to fine-tune your performance. We work with you to improve your form, ensure you’re training at the right intensity, and use data-driven testing to track progress and make adjustments. Whether you’re a beginner triathlete or an experienced athlete, this science-based framework ensures you’re training efficiently and effectively to achieve peak performance.
80% Activation
At Catalyst, we embrace the 80/20 principle—progress, not perfection. You don’t have to be perfect every day to make progress. This balanced mindset helps you stay focused, reduce burnout, and consistently improve over time.
Community to Thrive: No Judgement, Just Support
Catalyst embraces every journey, from beginners and everyday athletes to those returning from cancer treatments or competing as Athena or Clydesdale athletes. You’re never alone on your journey. We believe in creating a supportive, non-judgmental community where you can thrive. Whether you’re recovering from treatment, starting your triathlon journey, or pushing yourself to new limits, our community will be there to cheer you on. Together, we embrace the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Because when you have the support of a community that gets you, there’s no limit to what you can achieve.

Meet The Catalyst
Hello! I’m Coach Cassandra. Welcome to Catalyst Performance Lab (CPL) where my journey from cancer survivor to triathlete to dietitian and endurance coach fuels my passion for helping endurance athletes, cancer survivors and active adults achieve their health and wellness goals through endurance sport, nutrition, and strength training. I specialize in helping endurance athletes of all abilities achieve their goals, whether you’re a beginner triathlete, an Athena/Clydesdale athlete, or an experienced competitor seeking to reach peak performance and compete at longer distances. I also empower cancer survivors who have completed treatment to regain strength, get active, and embrace the challenge of endurance sports as part of their journey to recovery and resilience. No matter where you are starting, I provide the expertise and personalized coaching to help you succeed.
My journey into the world of endurance sports began with my breast cancer diagnosis in 2010. I celebrated the end of my year-long treatment by crossing the finish of line of my first two triathlons.
Drawing on my personal triumph over adversity, I empower my athletes to embrace adversity as a catalyst for redefining their limits through the transformative power of endurance sport and nutrition.

Why should I choose Cassandra as my Endurance Coach and/or Registered Dietitian?
What is your coaching style?
What’s the difference between a Nutritionist and a Registered Dietitian?
Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN) must complete a minimum education of a Master’s degree with either the Bachelor’s or Master’s degree being in nutrition. After completion of educational requirements, RDs complete a 1200 hour dietetic internship with experience hours in clinical, community, foodservice, and other specialties such as sports nutrition and performance/tactical nutrition. In addition, Registered Dietitian’s have to pass the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) board exam and be licensed in the State(s) where they practice. In order to maintain their licensing status, RDs must complete 75 hours of continuing professional development over the five years between their licensing renewals.
What forms of payment do you accept? Do you accept insurance?
For coaching services (endurance and strength), CPL accepts payments online through an EHR system.
For nutrition counseling, CPL accepts payment online through an EHR system for private pay clients. If you are interested in nutrition counseling using your health insurance benefits, CPL does accept insurance for nutrition counseling through a 3rd party system.
Do you use apps in your services?
Do you work with clients remotely?
I have an endurance coach and am only looking for sports nutrition counseling. Will you work with me?
Absolutely! I provide sports nutrition counseling to complement existing coaching arrangements. Collaboration with the client's coach ensures nutrition plans align with training needs. In order to provide you with appropriate nutrition counseling, I would work with your coach to have access to your training plan.
